DAB Motors
DAB Motors is a boutique electric motorcycle manufacturer from Bayonne, France that was founded in 2017 by Simon Dabadie.
In 2023, the company was acquired by Peugeot Motocycles, allowing it to operate out of Peugeot's historic motorcycle factory in Mandeure, France, where Peugeot manufactured its first motorcycles since 1898.
Peugeot was the leading motorcycle brand until the 1950s during which time the factory in Mandeure served as the main production site. The Mandeure factory, with its historical legacy and manufacturing expertise, will serve as the production hub for DAB Motors's electric motorcycles.
DAB Motors's mission is to revolutionize the motorcycle industry by creating beautiful, durable, and sustainable electric motorcycles that are living art pieces
. Its first electric motorcycle was unveiled in 2021.
